Fitness Classes in Ryde, Isle of Wight – Fun, Friendly & For Everyone

Hi, I’m Helen Baker-Pawling, a fully qualified fitness instructor with over 20 years’ experience, offering friendly fitness classes in Ryde and across the Isle of Wight.

Since 2008, I’ve built a welcoming fitness community where support, friendship and fun are just as important as exercise. My classes are non-intimidating and suitable for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to stay active as they get older.

My class members range in age from 10 to 87, and everyone is welcome. We exercise, we laugh, and we often finish with a coffee (sometimes cake!) — because fitness should be enjoyable.

Whether your goal is to improve fitness, boost mental wellbeing, lose weight, or simply feel better, I’d love to help you on your journey.
